This milk is not easily digestible and is not that much nutritious as A2 milk. A1 milk, contains BCM-7 (β casomorphin-7) which is not easily digestible and the root cause of its unhealthiness. Lab tests are performed in New Zealand on rats consuming BCM-7 and scientists noted the lesser eye vision along with some intestinal problems.
